Let's say Hello to  2023 !!! It is the first Monday of the year and can you even believe another year has passed already. A lot of sweat and tears have made this happen. Can't believe we were no more than 300 followers two years ago and to be able to grow this organically from scratch is one of my biggest achievements. 

With that being said...This time of the year can be tough. It was very surprising to know that the holidays can also be a very difficult time for many people.
